QHow do I track my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow us up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment centres pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email along with your tracking information.  If you did not receive any updates on your order within 7 days, please email us immediately at support@prestigetools.co and we will further investigate for you.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed. After being processed you order gets shipped out. Our average shipping time around the United States is 8-15 days. 

 

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

A: Since we have a close relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer we are able to give you the best deals and fairly lower prices than our competitors. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

 

 Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Our circuit breaker finder is covered by our 30 Risk FREE trial, where you can try out the product to see if it will work as we say it will. If you're not happy you can get in touch with us for a refund/replacement. Please visit our guarantees page for more info. 

If you product arrives damaged, please get in touch with us asap and we will replace it for you at no extra cost!

 

Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one..... what's happening?

A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry. it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
